Slon 1.2.20 (For now as I migrate to 8.4 ) Just working out a new Slon setup, with a cascade configuration. ! master talking to 2 Slaves (if not more), that talk to 2-3 Qslaves. Is it wrong to have both Slaves talking, replicating to both QSlaves? 1 Master 2 Pri Slave 3 Sec Slave 4 Pri QSlave 5 Sec QSlave 1-2 2-1 1-3 3-1 2-4 4-2 3-4 4-3 2-5 5-2 3-5 5-3 I don't see why this would be bad,. The biggest deal here is the redundancy this provides, however if I'm creating too much overhead than maybe need to create 2 paths for the data , vs having a fully meshed env. Thanks (hope that makes some sense) Tory
