I have a situation where a 30 -> 20 -> 10 cluster
was changed into a 30 -> 20 AND 30 -> 10 cluster.
The changes involved fixing listen paths and doing
a subscribe.

The error is that node 20 seems to be stuck. Status
shows only growing time and sync items.  This was both
before and after the changes.

We had to drop and recreate node 20 in the end.

The question:
Is it possible to reconfigure the cluster, especially
listen paths, while it is live or is it required 
that the node be dropped?
