This is entirely fine.

These notices are indicating that the procedure is considering adding
some extra partial indexes on the sl_log_? table that is not in use.

You can expect to see this again in a couple days in the logs when it
rotates to use the other log table and adds these indexes on the table
that [at present] IS in use.
