So far I've discovered nothing of the features that we use have  
changed, other than some speed improvement with 8.1.  Slony  
replicates just fine amongst the various versions of (recent) postgres.

I've used slony to upgrade from 7.4 to 8.0 and now to 8.1.  The jump  
from 7.4 to 8.0 was a bit painful since some minor issues with syntax  
and strictness of parameter passing with DBI in perl changed.  Now  
that those queries are cleaned up, 8.1 works just fine for us.
