This issue is actually critical for us. I had to drop all my foreign
keys on the replica if I wanted to have a successful subscription,
otherwise it just took so long to finish the subscription that it could
never catch up again (due to the not dropped indexes during copy).

Now this is a workable workaround, as I can then recreate the foreign
keys manually after the replica is in sync, but it's one more
possibility to screw up (and I did it a few times, once in fairly
critical situation, which fortunately turned OK finally).
