Hmmm, I don't believe I am replicating my sequences... Could you advise
me where I could read up on this?

Did you replicate your sequences ?

It looks like you have switced over to slave without actually
replicating the sequences for your tables PK. And then the PK insert
succeeds only when you hit a deleted PK space.
