Sorry, Explanation is insufficient in my mail.

Ishikawa-san and Saito-san are the members of JPUG's translation 
team. I had translate a little part of it and continued refining 
it. So the manual to publish from our site are almost same with
the translated manual in windows-installer-ja.
And we intend to catch up to current release.
