Running the provided setup script, I get the following:

<stdin>:14: Cluster defined, nodes identified
<stdin>:23: Master Node Initialized
<stdin>:86: Set 1 of bb tables created
<stdin>:93: loading of file /usr/local/pgsql/share/slony1_funcs.sql: 
PGRES_FATAL_ERROR ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands 
ignored until end of transaction block
ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of 
transaction block

Any ideas on how to get around this?
