Log Message: ----------- This patch adds an event library (copied from pegevent.dll in the main project) called slevent (only compiled on win32), adds version information resources to all DLLs/EXEs (win32 only of course) modelled on the stuff in the main project, and fixes a small problem in the win32 DLL build rules.
