This is a bug in 2.2.0 beta 4

When slon applies DDL as part of applying a EXECUTE_SCRIPT to remote nodes the
session_replication_role does not get set to local.

Slon normally runs with session_replication_role=replica which means that
normal/default triggers don't run.  However as part of a DDL script application
we want normal user triggers to run but not the slony replication triggers.

The regression test changes added to bug304 will demonstrate this issue (once
bug304 is fixed)
