I suggest that the exception's output include the node number, thus:

 raise exception 'Slony-I: subscribeSet() - receiver node % does not exist',
p_sub_receiver;

The slonik script probably indicates the line number at which the failure
occurs, but this doesn't seem over-redundant :-).
