patch to fix

In the fix to bug #31 you replaced PGLIBDIR with PERLSHAREDIR in tools/altperl,
but slonik_drop_sequence.pl still uses PGLIBDIR, which then won't get
substituted during the build process, so that script is broken.

See attached patch to fix it.
