The slonik_move_set script issues

  lock set (id = 1, origin = 1);
  move set (id = 1, old origin = 1, new origin = 2);

but according to adminguide/failover.html there should be a few wait for event
calls in there.  So either these are not necessary, in which case the
documentation should be clarified, or they are necessary, in which case the
script should be fixed.
